This lot has a restriction to build for the next 5-7 years. Restriction was placed back in 1997 by the city of Boston. A petition was signed by neighbors who have lived on that street 15 plus years. The petition stated a single family build with garage. Restrictions are placed to benefit the use of land by abutting neighbor which was originally bought by a family member of mine years ago before they lost home (49-51 woodbine). I purchased lot with the idea to buy home as well but deal fell through do to a foreclosure. Because of this I only own lot and property beside it (49-51 woodbine) was bought through a foreclosure by another person. My goal was to knocked down and build back up including 47 woodbine lot but again deal fell through so to foreclosure proceedings. I have lowered price to give investors the incentive to buy cash and close fast. I have title search and proof restriction will be up in 5-7 years. If anyone is a serious buyer please contact ASAP!
