This home has a stamped concrete driveway and stamped concrete patio area. There is a covered deck and a stamped concrete pool pad. Interior has custom tiled bathrooms including floors and shower/tubs. Granite counter tops in all rooms including bathrooms. A custom wet bar constructed of curly maple. Hardwood floors in much of the home. I noticed a house up the street from me was for sale so I took a look. The house was 2800 square feet and did not have the custom features my house has and recently sold for $510000. I noticed my Zestimate is $382000. Quite a discrepancy. I wonder if you are using the old square footage for the home for your Zestimate. There is no dooubt that my home should sell for more than the home down the street. Just wondering how the Zestimate is calculated?
