With plenty of outdoor space, you can lounge by the pool, sit out on the dock and fish, watch for manatees and dolphins, and take in the beautiful sunset. If you prefer the beach, walk .8 miles to Vanderbilt Beach or Wiggins State Park. Just minutes away is The Mercato with many shops, bars, and restaurants. Grocery and Liquor Stores such as Whole Foods, WalMart, Publix, and Trader Joe's are all within one mile.
