You may stay 30 days or more, No short term rentals. Fully Furnished with starter amenities, shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, dish washing pods, paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, pots & pans, utensils, queen size bed, night stand, VIVINT Security System. Security doorbell & camera entry. Console for heat/air control, couch, coffee table and mounted TV in living room. Pets welcomed with non refundable Pet Fee $500 each pet. Owner pays for VIVINT Security System, HOA pays for Water, Spectrum account is paid (WiFi) by owner. Xoom Energy owner- tenant responsible for monthly bill, varies with usage.
