Top of the property is open then wooded as you go down towards the building and creek. Duke power easement 150' (75 each side of line) but there is plenty of space to build without easement interfering. The tower is not on the property. Some restrictions including min. house size of 1600 SqFt and no subdividing- no parcel can be less than 5 acres so you will always have privacy. Pole building at the bottom of the property as well as a creek on the back. Water is available at the road however depending on where you build, you may prefer a well.
