My lease is ending 6/21/2017. I am looking for someone to take over my lease as i have to leave the apartment. This is located at The Triangle, really central and convenient, in the middle of restaurants and shops, close to bus station. You will have to complete an application with the leasing office to make sure they approve you and lease will be under your name. Tenant pay for trash, water, sewer with the rent each month and electricity separately.
