It is Dog and Cat Friendly apartment with Car parking (Garage) availability. There is no Airconditioning but it is equipped with a Heating system, which works well. Laundry is common for all and Paid ($1.75 for each dryer and washer) The lease terms are not fancy, they are really straighforward. Nothing outside the box here to mention. The lease can be 6monthly or yearly ( Option of extension available) depends on you.
