Apartment is located on a quiet street in Manayunk, about a 20 minute walk from Main Street. Kitchen and bathroom are tile, living room and hallway are hardwood, and both bedrooms are carpet. Apartment is spacious at around 800 square feet. Looking for a sublet starting February 1st 2022 but can do mid to late January The lease will run until the end of June and renewal may be offered by landlord. Rent is $1300 ($20 per person for water) and tenants are responsible for all other utilities. Gas is usually $20 a month, $80 in the winter, electric is usually $80 or less. We currently have 2 dogs but pets are subject to landlord approval + deposit. Credit, background check and former landlord references etc are required. First (2/1), last + security deposit required.
