We have 1 bedroom we are looking to rent, both roommates would share the full bathroom upstairs. We are looking for someone who communicates well, who is responsible and respectful. We would love to make friends with our new roommate (not required) and occasionally have get togethers and bonfires/BBQs with friends. Also respecting each other's time and space. We have 2 dogs, not looking to have any more animals in the home. Rent is $1,000 a month and includes all utilities and high-speed internet. Decent size corner desk/chair available for use in the front room for a work/gaming setup. In-unit washer/dryer, plenty of street parking available and a big backyard.
