1. The formal dining room we converted into an office by sealing off the doorway in the hallway and we added French doors to the other side. 1a. House repainted in 2018. 2. We removed all of the carpet in the house and installed wood panels/strips to the floor. 3. We completely gutted the kitchen and installed new cabinets, new granite countertop, new sink, new appliances, new paint. 4. We also removed the L-shaped wall that was seen immediately upon entering front door to open up floor plan. 5. New front door. 6. Bedroom #4 has a new 2023 installed double paned window. 7. Bedroom #3 has a new 2023 installed double paned window. 8. Screened in pool and back porch. 9. Screened in front porch. 10. White vinyl/plastic fencing.
