Large living space for great price, new appliances, bus stops and grocery stores nearby, parking lot, in-building laundry, lots of storage space, two stable roommates, and heat is covered under rent, so you can keep it nice and toasty in winter without going broke. Both roommates are pharmacy grad students at the University of Wisconsin, and are pretty easy going people. Just wash your dishes and you'll get along great. I lived in Madison for four years, and this was by far the best place for cost. One of the roommates I lived with for all four years, and can say that he's a pretty stable guy. To be clear, one of them has a cat. Room has direct access to balcony and comes furnished with dresser, coat rack, desk, and twin bed, but feel free to get rid of those if you don't like them. Lease is through July 14th, 2020. This is a sublet, so no worries about the security deposit. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with questions!
