Before I was ready to buy my own house, this is the house I would have rented. It's near all the fun stuff (see map attached). You can walk to the essentials, bus or bike into downtown (10, 105, and 315 all in easy walking distance), and bike to the greenbelt. And with these new fangled electric scooters, it's even easier! Yet it's a cute house that's a good size and great layout, with a big yard and on quiet street, in a great neighborhood where neighbors take themselves and their dogs on walks, and with a rental price that seems more than fair (i'm still not quite sure that that phrase means) How is this possible? I don't know.. it just is.... Oh... and some other things that make it even more improbable: newly renovated: totally overhauled master bathroom, freshly painted inside, new carpet, new washing machine and dryer, new HVAC, and google fiber! And if having a big backyard (with a great open patio cover) with a huge pecan tree in a backdrop of bamboo is a top priority for you, then this is for you. (and it's the big pecans too... not those little ones with thick shells) And my wife and I didn't renovate it because it was broken (just in case you're worried it was a dump, and we just skinned it... well.. there were some old wooden exterior boards that needed replacing and we upgraded the plumbing underneath the slab). We updated it because that is the house we would have wanted to rent (and it reduces maintenance on it and lowers the utility bills). Drive by it. If it's the house you want to rent, then send me a reply, and we'll arrange a walk-thru. Peace out!
