Tenant(s) shall list the Landlord, Justin Lee at 9572 Edgewater Ct, Brownsburg, IN 46112 , as an additional interest on the insurance policy. 43) The tenant understands that a violation, default or early termination of this lease will result in the Landlord taking the necessary steps towards eviction of the Tenant(s). The Tenant will then be responsible for the rent remaining due for the balance of this Lease Term, court costs, attorney fees, and other charges in accordance with all applicable Indiana and local laws and regulations. 44) A clothes washer and dryer are provided as a courtesy to the Tenant(s) but are not guaranteed of functionality or condition, nor will either be maintained or repaired by the Landlord in the event of any issue.
