Some furniture is in the apartment; a table, a few chairs, 2 lamps, a love seat, a rug. All can be removed if desired.. Kitchen is tile, Bedroom/livingrm; wood laminate, bathroom is tile. Connecting door between apartments, always locked. Tenant has key as does owner. Owner abides by landlord/tenant rules of NM. SPACE RENTED UNTIL 15 JUNE. SO I WILL HAVE TO LET TENANT KNOW BEFORE ENTERING SPACE. I WILL LOAD MORE FOTOS AFTER HE CLEANS UP. The apt has 2 minisplits for cool and heat. Owner lives in other half of house. Utilities calculated when bills come in. Owner pays more water b/c of watering property. History of utility payments available. No smokers, min or no alcohol, SINGLE PERSON. I want a renter who is concerned about the planet, recycles, understands these concepts and already lives this way. I am an elder, and am looking for someone who could/would be willing to help me when needed for reduced rent. (using calculated hourly wage for helping). SIX MONTHS LEASE TO START, THEN YEARLY IF BOTH PARTIES WISH THIS. Private entrance behind locking gate to back yard, parking off street, one vehicle only, no storage available on site. NO WEAPONS. If vehicle loses oil, must provide protection below vehicle. Pets possible, open to negotiation for a small dog, or indoor only cat. (extra deposit required). Care for outside space by door to apt. If interested in helping with yard work, payment given.
