My home is very modern with an open floor plan so that everything connects, other than the bedrooms. The master suite is on one side of the house while the other two bedrooms are located on the other side with a shared bathroom. The yard is amazing! It is incredibly large, and I have planted many large trees along with other beautiful blooming plants that really make the house a spectacle from spring thru fall. The house is very well insulated, keeping the costs of heating and cooling very reasonable. I generally keep the thermostat at 67 in the winter and 70 in the summer, it's perfect! There is a gas connection off the back patio for a bbq, so no need for propane tanks! The back of the yard is walled off with brick while the sides and front are wood. The gate is extra wide for riding lawn mower access. The neighborhood itself is very quiet! There is a park within a 5 minute walking distance, as well as a fabulous STEM elementary school. The school is about a 15 minute walk or 7 minute bike ride.
