Private room in townhouse with a shared bathroom. The shared space includes fully furnished living room and kitchen as well as extra storage space in the garage. The location is only a few minutes away from campus by bike or scooter, with a shuttle stop nearby, and free street parking available. You will share the house with 3 other tenants. They are very quiet, respectful, and unproblematic. I am trying to find someone to take over my contract which expires in June, there will be an opportunity to renew it for another 12 months. Monthly rent is $700 + ~$70-90 utilities. As for now the room is furnished and I hope to rent it as furnished. Please reach out with any questions.
