For example, if the rent is $1,000 you must earn $3,000 monthly ($36,000 annually or $18 hourly) 3) Landlord References: Anyone with recent negative landlord history risks not being accepted. No recent evictions, filings for evictions or similar. Transferring from one Rockhill to another, all rent accounts must be current and in good standing. 4) Pets: Small and friendly dogs are fine, under 40-pounds, no more than 2 pets. Aggressive breeds are not permitted. A $300, moon-refundable deposit is required prior to move-in. 5) Renter's Insurance: Residents must maintain a renter's Insurance policy. Minimum coverage is $100,000 in liability coverage and $5,000 for contents replacement. 6) Move-In Costs: Deposit and first month's prorated rent must be paid prior to move-in. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, it is preferred that you pay using our online rent payments portal.
