nice in the country with very few neighbors and lots of wooded areas to explore. This is a great place to raise children and have your privacy. We love it here but need to move closer to family. This home is comfortable and relaxed with a full wall chalkboard in the living room area for children and adults to enjoy alike! The garage has the beginnings of being closed off for a separate apartment area for a mother in laws space or a giant play room for the kids. The master bath has a large garden tub and double sink vanity. All of the windows have wooden blinds that will stay with the home. A nice large fire place in the living room area helps to cut heating costs in the winter. Has been on city water and sewer since purchased. Heat runs great but does need the cold air repaired to run it as central. We use window a/c units in the summer that will be staying with the home and have not had any issues cooling the house. This is a non smoking and pet friendly home.
