This home has potential. It definitely could use upgrade also needs heating and air unit. It does have window units. The roof is in good condition. There are no leaks . It is a metal roof no rust. Rooms are decent size except one that I use for a closet room. It would be easy to add another bathroom. It's is close to schools. Shopping and close to the downtown area. Needs new windows. It's a great place for anyone who is into renovation and would make an excellent home for a family that wants to do some renovating to give the home a facelift or makeover to suit you or your family
