Basement Apartment is two bedrooms with Queen Beds, dressers and nightstands, one full bathroom, living room, gym/flex room, three massive storage closets lots of light and brand new kitchen. Separate Entrance, but shared laundry at this time. $1800 for both Rooms and the whole 1400ft space. Available September 15. Off street parking for 5 vehicles and tons of street parking. Possibility for more rooms to open if you have a group of friends that you know you live well with. No pets at this time. The Crew: Friendly, active, and respectful ideally looking for someone who shares a passion for the outdoors and affordable, community living.
