Beautiful 2 bedroom condo in a historic mill building. High ceilings and exposed brick walls. Brand new, energy efficient and huge mill windows. Open plan kitchen/living room with side room through a unique brick archway for an office or small dining room. More cabinet space than I ever was able to use living here. A large deep storage/coat closet between the kitchen and front door. Hallway closet. Deep closets in each bedroom. Smallish but functional full bathroom. Two huge bedrooms. The master bedroom, as pictured, has a king size bed in it, and is approximately 14'x18'. The smaller bedroom, pictured with a giant 8' diameter beanbag in it, is approximately 10'x15', not counting the little alcove where by board games are stored in the picture. The building is an old shoe factory. It is not in the fanciest neighborhood in Manchester, but it has security doors at all entrances to the building, and a fenced-off parking lot with security cameras. There is a laundry room in the building, just down the hall from this unit. The Condo Board is in the process of replacing the carpets in the common areas of the building. The unit comes with two resident parking passes, and a third visitor pass can be purchased from the association for I believe $25. I love this unit, and I want whatever tenants I have to treat it with respect. I hope to be a responsive landlord. I am a housing attorney, so this is an unusual position for me to be in. Generally I think landlords are scum, and am not looking to make a profit on renting this property. My costs of ownership are slightly under what I am asking for in rent, and the difference will allow me to provide the sort of service and support a tenant deserves when renting an apartment.
