Two bedroom, 2 bathroom, unfurnished. Tenets doesn't pay for water but Tenets are responsible for electricity, cable and Internet. Owner will periodically cut the grass and update units/fix issues. Each unit is allowed 2 parking space for their cars. No washer and dryer in unit but there is hookups if you want to bring or purchase your own for the apartment unit. There's only space for each units to have 2 parking spaces and guest will park on the streets. $2,100 for the monthly payments and security deposit is 2,100.
