I have added a garage added a large screened in porch. The home had a new roof with 25 yr. warrenty added in March 2010, new vinyl siding April 2010. Bathroom re-done December 2009, pantry added to kitchen, new kitchen and bathroom vinyl tile floors. I updated a storage building into an apartment with a full bath separate from the ranch home. My brother lives in it. I updated one bedroom into an den/kitchenette for my mother to live in.
