    Our home rarely comes on the market, my wife and I manage it personally (we own it) and we care for our tenants. For ten years it changed hands via word of mouth amongst friends. Over the last few years we've remodeled almost the entire property inside and out. 100% tile, updated pool and yard (service included for both), new bathrooms, and cozy re-modeled back patio that doubles the living space as you enjoy the outdoor patio as much as the inside. Ceiling fans in each room, new front door, and double pane windows for great energy efficiency! Perfect location for ASU students - often we rent to students and in one case, they graduated, got married, and passed it along to friends. Great location if you work downtown or want to be close to Scottsdale. Conveniently located near the 101 and the 60 with zero traffic noise as it's nestled in a nice neighborhood near a park. The park is a two hundred yard walk and is adjacent to a DOG PARK. The pathway from the Dog Park across the freeway leads to another park, so biking/walking area is almost unmatched for Tempe. A few notes of things we do different than others... 1) What you see for rent is what we you get, no hidden taxes or fees tacked on 2) We don't charge application fees - you pay Zillow, we get it, you can use elsewhere. It's not our business to get 50 people to apply for $75 a person and make money. That's bad business. 3) We don't charge "pet rent" - pets don't have jobs, pet rent is dumb.... Our current group moves out late July, will be a fast turn as they have kept it in great shape. We can flex the dates a bit.
