There is a dishwasher available for use and the fridge and freezer are spacious. Very simple and easy to operate washer/dryer/dishwasher and the breaker panel is behind the rear entrance. I will send a video on how to use the Central AC/Heat. Please use the appropriate trash and recycling bins. The trash truck comes once a week on Friday mornings, please move all the bins to the front of the yard on Thursday nights and back to place (rear entrance inside backyard) on Fridays. Security Cameras at the front entrance and overlooking the driveway.
