We just finished our basement, new AC, relatively new furnace, and the walkability factor is amazing. We’re close to everything. I love that the airport noise is really not bad at all. We’re in a unique quieter pocket…west of the main flight path. We have worked hard to preserve the overall character of the home…keeping true to that craftsman architectural style of the 1920s. Lots of beautiful, natural woodwork, hardwood floors, and built-ins.
