It is located next to Twin Lake, a very walkable area with great bike paths to enjoy. The house has a one car garage, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has access to a nice backyard with a new privacy fence on one side. We are looking for someone to move in January 1st. There will be no carpet put in along with fresh paint. We can't wait for you to see it! Renter is responsible for electricity, gas, garbage, and water bills. Renter is also responsible for lawn care and snow removal, but that can be negotiated. Background check and employment history is required.
