My home is Located at the beginning of the Adams Avenue Business District, is considered user friendly with affordable classy restaurants, coffee shops with wonderful daily pastries, and a great breakfast joint, several wine bars interspersed over the 2.5 miles of eating and shopping. Not many neighborhoods can boast of a tequila bar with over 209 different ones to choose. ( It's 3 blocks away) . Antique shops and a Peace park to meditate not more than a quarter block away. The neighbours are friendly, and a big pine tree hides the front of the house. The bus stop to go down town, Balboa Park or the Zoo is a quarter block away, the bus stop for Qualcomm Stadium is on Texas Street which is about 2 blocks away. I use the cab to go to the stadium to avoid driving or walk down Texas St to the trolley and go to the Stadium.
