(15x10 Office, 16x15 Bedroom with walk in closet.) There might be some storage in the basement, but we would need to talk about it. You have access and use of the Laundry, Living, Dining, Kitchen and back screened in porch. Garage is not available. I will send photos upon request. If you need furniture, I have some that can be included. This is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. About 10 minutes to the highway. I am a retired gentleman looking to share his home. I prefer another retired gentleman, I don't think I would be comfortable with a female living with me, nor a younger person. You would have street parking, in a VERY quiet area of Prairie Village. I am trying to get my retirement funds to last longer and am thus looking at taking on a room-mate after losing my wife years ago. The bedroom and bonus/office room can be furnished if required.
