Walk to U village, Children's Hospital, University of Washington, Burke Gillman Trail, restaurants/cafes, shops, grocery stores, etc. Close to transit, including light rail station. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fenced back yard, quiet street, DW, W/D, FP. 1400sf + unfinished basement. houses, also trace amounts of asbestos in living room ceiling which is not a problem if not disturbed -House is being rented unfurnished despite furniture shown on photos (but comes with all major appliances) -Some photos are out of date and certain improvements have been made, mostly paint (new photos may be available soon) -House has central heat on the main floor only, space heaters must be used upstairs -No AC but a window unit can be used on main floor, upstairs can get quite hot in summer -Main floor has original single pane wood windows charming but drafty -Upstairs bathroom does not have a shower, just a tub -Staircase leads directly to top floor master with no door (tenant can install an accordion door at the bottom of the stairs with permission but there is no space for a standard door) -Main floor has two small bedrooms and one feels more like a den/office as it has a set of French doors that leads to the living room/entry way -The house was built in 1927 so there is lead paint (under layers of new no-VOC paint) as in all old First & last + security deposit.
