Located near Tynes elementary school and the brand new Clay Charter school. Located 17 miles from NAS Jacksonville. There is also a lawn care treatment that comes every 4-5 weeks to treat the grass for weeds and pests. That fee is added into the rent. Deposit covers the first months rent along with the HOA for the year. There is an additional $250 deposit per pet.
