Hello out there! I'm looking for a winter sublet for my apartment located in the heart of Manzanita. The dates are from January 10th through April 11th. Owner will rent the entire place except owner's bedroom. It has a big guest room (where I'll put a queen size bed and a big clothing drawer for the sublet), living area, fully equipped kitchen and dinning room, it has one bathroom, washer and dryer in the garage (also available), and private porch. It's an apartment in a total independent building. It's very clean and comfortable. It's a cozy coastal home in quiet neighborhood. The perfect space to recharge and enjoy beautiful nature. Monthly payment is $1200, which includes water + sewer + fully furnished. Internet, electricity and trash are extra. The place is smoke free. One small pet is allowed after tenant's approval. We can meet in person through Zoom, WhatsApp (or other). I'm looking for someone who has good references. Rent needs to be paid during the first three days of each month, just one person can stay in the living space, smoke free, just one small pet either cat or dog, with a non refundable fee of $120
