Walking distance to bus stops, grocery stores, pharmacy, coffee shops, ATMs and restaurants. I am 30 years old male, recent college graduate. Non-smoker, social drinker. I am friendly, clean, and easy to get along with. I am fairly outgoing but also need alone time. Open to both male and female roommates. I have had both and it has not been a problem. Must have verifiable source of income and pass credit & background checks. Cosigners are accepted. Pets are okay if they are quiet and well-behaved. Must be LGBTQ friendly. 1 year, 6 month and month-to-month options.
