Space -Professionally designed space with modern furniture. -The entire unit is for your own use. -55" Flat Screen TV in the living room with Unlimited Netflix streaming and Amazon Prime Videos. -Brand new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, including Fridge, Microwave, & Stove/Oven Range, Toaster, and Kuerig Coffee Machine. -2 Bedrooms available! Sleep in a comfortable 12" Gel Infused Memory Foam Mattresses. Two Bedrooms have large Queen size beds, and sofa can also be converted to full bed bed. Sleeps up to 5 people comfortably! -Basic Dinnerware, Cutlery, Drinking Glasses, and Pots & Pans provided. -We provide complimentary snacks, coffee, & water bottles. -We provide towels, toilet paper, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your use. -We have coin laundry on premise. You may use it at your convenience. Detergent is not provided by host. Guest access Unit Access is through the front of the property. -Guests will access their unit through a private entrance. Video instructions will be provided up confirmation of reservation. Guest interaction We are available by phone throughout your stay. You can simply call or text if you have any questions. Neighborhood overview Jefferson Park is located on the North-side of Chicago, and a very safe neighborhood. -Walking distance to downtown Jefferson Park, CTA, "L", Metra, Portage Park. -Close to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Getting around Transportation: Right off the Kennedy Expressway I-90/94 (3 min drive) Near O'Hare Airport (12 min drive) Near Downtown Chicago (13 min drive) Train Lines and Stops: * Blue - Jefferson Park (0.5 mile) - to Loop (25 min) to O'Hare (17 min) * Metra - UP-NW to Ogilvie ( 0.5 mile) to Ogilvie (22 min) Other things to note There is street parking on adjacent blocks on Giddings Street & Leland Avenue. Do not park on Central Avenue as there are several tow zones. -All guests need to be attentive to the house rules during their stay, as we have other tenants at the property. -Neighbors have called and will call the police for any guests who do any illegal activities, including smoking [removed] on the premise. -Any guests caught smoking inside the unit will have their reservation canceled as well as be fined $200 for damages for cleaning and restoring the unit. -We have STRICT rules against noise, music, and/or partying and have cancelled reservations due to complaints in the past. -The owner of the building has 2 security cameras on the Exterior of the building on the front court yard and back yard.
