The apartment itself has all tile floors, is on the ground level, nice appliances, a washer and dryer in the unit, central a/c and heat, and nice earthy paint covers with white trim & cabinets. Most pets are not a problem with a small refundable deposit. However, no large or aggressive breeds of dogs are allowed. And if you have a barker, that won't work either. It's not fair to the other people in the building. Full credit, criminal, rental history, and employment verification is required.
