Home is fully furnished and decorated in midcentury modern style, including many vintage pieces which complement the 1960s architecture. There is a desk and queen bed in large master with arched ceiling, a queen bed and desk in bedroom 2, and twin bed in bedroom 3. Patio has chairs and a propane grill. All essentials are available down to the linens, cookware, dinnerware, soaps and cleaning supplies - everything you need to feel at home. Baby and toddler-oriented items like toys, changing pad, high chair, stroller are also available or can be removed on request. Located at the gateway to MDR with easy access to everything you need to enjoy the many perks of coastal living - parks, bike paths, beach, marina, shopping, dining, groceries, and healthcare. Residential community is gated and has security patrol, sidewalks, tree-lined streets, sauna, and a private community pool (heated June through October). Cedars Sinai hospital is across the street (open while modernization is under construction). A short walk away is a brand-new waterfront Trader Joe's and REI, top-rated restaurants, Burton Chase Park with Waterbus stop, and bike path to Venice Beach and Playa Del Rey. This home was previously owner-occupied and is being offered as a furnished rental for a temporary period while the owners are living out-of-town. All contents are household property of the owners, but personal belongings have been removed. Owners have the intention to return at some point in the future, therefore long-term leases are not being sought at this time. A 3 - 5 month lease is desired to start, with month-to-month thereafter. Out of respect for the family currently occupying the property, all prospective tenants will be pre-screened in accordance with California law before any showings are scheduled.
