The pet door allows easy access to the block fenced yard for those long days at work or when at home enjoying the outdoors without needing to cater to your pet's door needs. Enjoy relaxing in the pool or in the shaded yard or patio. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, clean, and there are many nearby parks. The house is wheelchair accessible through the garage and the master shower is also wheelchair accessible. Pool maintenance and utilities (up to $500/month) are included in the price of the rental. Owner pays for utilities including water, pool maintenance, and electric (up to $500/month total). Internet will depend on length of lease and tenant preference. Pets are welcome! The block fence is 6-7 ft tall and surrounds the entire backyard. Couples, families, and friend groups are welcome to apply. No subletting to anyone not on the lease. Tenant is responsible for keeping pool water level adequate.
