It's set back off the street with a private ground-level entrance and no shared walls in the main floor. Holiday Park is a few paces away and lots of other outdoor spaces are a couple minutes by bike or car (Foothills Park, Foothills Trailhead, Fourmile Creek Trailhead, etc.). The lease is available for two or three months. Proof of income and references required.
