No smoking. No pets. Carport spot covered and available year round. Renter responsible for electricity (AC/heat is electric - Duke Energy acct); Renter responsible for all my FL expenses: repairs/replacements of in-condo appliances including bathroom and other room fixtures repairs, regular maintenance cleaning (by self or professional), complex property assessments, any and all other expense to do with this FL condo. Consider there may well be none of these, so this is not a certain burden. Reason I need Renter is I cannot afford any expenses of this FL condo; this defines what expenses qualify. Thus Renter must accept obligation in exchange for deluxe complex with courts pools and pavilions with terrific sunsets and mile away access to Gulf beaches at the Redingtons. If vacating early, Renter responsible to pay rent until new Renter starts paying at same rent amount. We both search for new Renter to help each other.
