Great starter home in a fantastic neighborhood with wonderful schools! The back fence is actually shared with Highlands Elementary school's playground. It's also just 15 minutes from the Plaza and 5 minutes away from the Prairie Village Shopping Center. The roof was replaced 5 years ago due to a storm that blew through. I'm wanting to sell it "as is" due to the cosmetic repairs that it could use. There are cracked vinyl tiles on the kitchen floor, a broken medicine cabinet, and several broken windows. I do not know of any structural issues in the house. Due to the repairs needed I'm selling it at a lower than market value.
