The apartments are centrally located in the Larchmont neighborhood. With a light, airy open floor plan, these apartments are only a few blocks from Larchmont Village. In Larchmont Village there are plenty of options for food, farmers market and shops. You will have till January on the lease and then can stay month to month after that if wanted. This lease will be until January 2023 but then you will be able to stay month to month after that. Rent will be $2475 plus some utilities that the property charges like trash and water which will come out to $2550-$2575. Gas is paid monthly through SoCalGas and that is max $20 a month. Power is paid every other month through LADWP and that's right around $75. Lastly is would be whatever WiFi you plan on using. Pets are allowed here but it's just an added cost onto the lease.
