Hey Everyone, I will have 1 bedroom in a 3 bed/2bath available after January 15th The Location: Located on the edges of Uptown, Ravenswood, and Andersonville and walking distance to redline and metra. Less than a mile from the lake and about a 12 min drive from downtown. The Room: Fits a queen sized bed with room for furniture, ample closet space. The room is not furnished. The Condo: Is 1600 square feet, on third floor of walk-up building, recently updated. Has w/d in unit. You will be sharing a bathroom with Matt, however, when I am not home (most of the time) you are welcome to use the 2nd bathroom. Common areas are furnished.
