We love this apartment and are only moving due to the fact we bought a house in the area. It's a very walkable distance to the 152 bus, the Metra, the Six Corners, grocery stores, and Kilbourne park. You have the chance to renew the lease on March 1st. Sublessee Application: The prospective sublessee must complete our standard rental application and pay a non-refundable application fee of $75. Background Check: We will perform a criminal background and credit check on the sublessee, and they must pass this check for approval. Income Verification: Sublessees must provide proof of income. Removal Request: If the sublessee wants to take over the lease entirely, both parties can apply for this. Approval will depend on the sublessee's qualifications and our standard tenant screening criteria.
