"SUNLIGHT MINI STUDIO" STUDENT ONLY BUILDING So the apartment is on 21st ave in the U district and it's a mini studio. It's basically one bedroom with that is also a living room that has a bathroom attached to it. There is a small balcony and my room is located on the third floor and also the corner of the building- which means that you'd have one extra window compared with all the other rooms. It's been a really good thing for me this year to have this place to myself and it's also very cozy. There is a shared kitchen on the third floor that in my experience is almost never in use. Laundry is also there and it is a dollar to dry and and a dollar to wash. Cost- So the how it works is like this: My lease is up in the end of August. What I would be doing with you if you took it is I'd be passing the lease. I talked with the apt office and they told me that what you'd owe after applying is last months rent and a security deposit. That would be 745 plus 400. I know that is a lot up front.
