Kitchen comes fully equipped with gas oven and cooktop, large fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. The front yard is yours to use, garden beds, fruit trees and flowers abund. Let me know if you'd rather i hire a gardenner! The backyard is mostly for the tenants living in the backyard ADU. House is available beginning of August 2025, till end of July 2026 and maybe longer. A flat fee covers all utilities, will only get adjusted if bills are higher than yearly average. 12 months lease renewable month to month, depending upon my contract in New Orleans.
