House is in the Village 7 area of town off of Oro Blanco and South Carefree, 8 minutes from Palmer Park with awesome hiking and biking trails. All housemates have access to a spacious, fully furnished kitchen, 2 refrigerators, dining room, two separate living rooms, two full bathrooms, and a large backyard with a deck and firepit. Bathrooms are shared. Rooms come unfurnished. All current tenants are male. When applying, please include three things that make you feel alive in the "About Me" section. Options for 6 month or 1 year lease. Street-side parking in a quiet neighborhood. Pets welcome on a case-by-case basis at owner's discretion. Pets require a $600 deposit per pet, which is refundable at the end of the lease term if no damages were caused and no messes were left behind. Security deposit is equal to 1 month's rent, so is dependent on which room is being rented. Tenants are expected to maintain the front and backyard by mowing and weed-whacking as needed. Any maintenance needs that the tenant is not able to fix themselves should be reported to the landlord. Internet is provided in the rent cost at 600mps. If tenants would like higher speeds, they may request an upgrade and pay for the additional cost. This is a no smoking and no drug use property. Failure to comply with this policy will result in fines and termination of the lease agreement.
