Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, bars and music venues and exercise studios. Audubon park is just 1.5 miles away. Property has 4 private apartments with a large shared backyard, dog friendly. The yard is super unique for this area. Washer and dryer on the property. Property is gated. Monthly lease but I am open to rent as long as you would like and that we are both happy. I typically rent to travel nurses and part time workers but currently have 2 permanent tenants. I can be flexible depending on the circumstances. Deposit is due at lease agreement. Rent is due upon move in date. Deposit is refunded after move out and inspection of the property. Property is expected to look the same as move in. Small dogs are welcome. Larger dogs are on a case by case basis. Dogs must be dog friendly. There are other dogs in the shared yard.
