Good mix of retired people and some families with small children. Safe to bike and walk in the street. Quiet neighborhood on dead end street, with friendly neighbors. House is located right inside Sevier county so yearly taxes are low! (Around $500) 25 minutes from Knoxville, 15-20 minutes from Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Dollywood and Splash Country. Residents of Sevier County gets discounts at all in-county theme parks. Since we are moving out of the country, electronic's, appliances, ride-on lawn mower etc, may be sold with the house. Will consider lease-to-buy.
