Laundry room with coin operated machines in building. Secure garage also available, though parking spots are limited. Building has free wi-fi and all units have hookups for cable/internet. U-Place is located on a quiet street in the heart of the University District, just blocks away from UW campus, University Avenue, University Village, grocery stores, and a wide variety of shopping and entertainment, not to mention excellent public transportation connections.
