The backyard has a large outdoor movie screen mounted to the back of the house for evening movies on the large patio that can accommodate quite a bit of seating. BBQ grill spot, and a small grassy are for the pups or a swing set. Also in back is a large, inground pool with spacious patio and has hosted many many large parties over the years. Lots of space for several table and chairs, lounges, etc The backyard is fully fenced in, 6 foot privacy fence on sides, 5 foot slatted separating patio movie area from pool and 5ft slatted on back to still enjoy the gorgeous thick woods behind the house. Their is a small area outside the pool fence good for washers, bags, or volleyball net. The home feels open and airy, lots of natural sunlight from front and back big windows and glass sliding doors. Window tint added to front window 2019 to keep cost and fading of new floors down from sun. Our home has been regularly repaired and well maintained by a work from home mom for 15 years. Structurally great shape, new furnace, coil and AC 2018, new built in Bosch quiet dishwasher 2020... Due to health and divorce I need to downsize soon. Large 2 car garage with extra storage area. This home is a social butterfly’s dream, lots of gatherings to happen here! Always something to do, staycation is painless! With aid of all the smart home features including the floor robots and pool cleaning robot, etc keeping it up is easy for 2 adults. Our lawn guy manny is happy to continue services after we leave, with the complexity of the fences and small grassy areas and leaves from all the trees, he is very reasonable and comes before the weekends 3 x a month think it’s $110-120 month! So cheap and easy to maintain, no huge gas bill, summer with pool pump and AC tops at $500 mo that’s the highest it gets June, July & Aug... when weather is under 85 the bill goes down quite a bit. Great neighbors on both sides and across the street, friendly, helpful, fun, but everyone minds their business lol 2 families with small kids loved in across the street recently too... older neighbors most of the rest, all nice and easy going. No crazy neighbor issues! Yay! Actually I’m the crazy neighbor lol everyone is well connected on Nextdoor app about neighborhood stuff. It’s a great area too, very walkable and close to stores, Highway 55 & 21 and restaurants. Make me an offer to make me move now!
