Great neighbors on both sides and across the street, friendly, helpful, fun, but everyone minds their business lol 2 families with small kids loved in across the street recently too... older neighbors most of the rest, all nice and easy going. No crazy neighbor issues! Yay! Actually I’m the crazy neighbor lol everyone is well connected on Nextdoor app about neighborhood stuff.
